This is an exciting opportunity to work in a rapidly growing eatery using the freshest possible ingredients in a creative environment. We are closed Mondays and Tuesdays. This is a team-oriented atmosphere - reliability, adaptability, and cooperation are essential. The ideal candidate possesses at least one year of pastry production experience, however, we will train a willing and dedicated individual who is eager to learn. Practical knowledge of pastry production, using a dough sheeter, bulk dough scaling and production is a plus. Shifts begin as early as 5 am depending on the day of the week.
Education Requirements:
Degree/certificate in pastry/baking arts is preferred and highly encouraged
