Front of House Assistant/Host: *The host is the first impression that our guests see as they arrive. This candidate must showcase these skillsets:
- Strong sense of confidence combined with a friendly and personable demeanor
- Professional appearance is essential
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Opentable experience in this position is a plus but not required, management of Opentable Pro will be expected through provided training
- The ability to work independently and in groups
- Provide the highest level of hospitality
- Assist Front of House Leader with weekly inventory of stationary, candles & FOH items
- Take direction well from Front of House Leader in regards to handling guest interactions, floorplans, setting-up sections, gathers, etc.
Education Requirements:
Passion for the hospitality industry, high school diploma or GED required, associates or bachelors in this field is highly encouraged. *Hourly compensation based on experience, team share gratuity inclusive with FOH team.
