The company is one of very few that specialize in Traditional Old Fashioned Clambakes and RI Lobster Boils. McGrath Clambakes has been in business for 53 years and provides a unique experience indigenous to the New England area. The Company is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our existing team. Must be accustomed to a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Everyone here wears many hats and gets exposed to a variety of challenges. You'll be working with a well respected team with an impressive track record.
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience and education in the field
- Experience food costing and ordering
- Creativity to develop new menus
- Works productively with others in a team environment
- Committed to meeting quality standards
- Have or ability to maintain RI Food Handlers License
- Ability to multi task
