General Job Requirements:
Busy, well-established fine dining Italian restaurant and steak house looking for an experienced Assistant Manager/Dining Room Manager . This is a full-time, salaried position for an outgoing, well-spoken restaurant professional. This is NOT a General Manager position. An ideal candidate will have a fine dining background, a polished, professional appearance, and excellent attention to detail. Experience with dining room supervision, booking parties/events, liquor ordering/inventory, scheduling, knowledge of food and wine, and positive attitude will all be taken into consideration.
