General Job Requirements:

Responsibilities and Duties:
- The Reservations Agent answers incoming telephone calls related to reservations for guests. This position offers a competitive hourly wage plus monthly incentive bonuses.
- Assists with up selling amenities and services.
- Confirms or rearranges room assignments when needed.
- Maintains records.
- Provides excellent guest service and anticipates guest needs.
- Customer Service experience strongly preferred.
- High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
- Read, write and speak English fluently.
