General Job Requirements:

BASIC PURPOSE:
This position will be responsible for providing an excellent level of supervision and service to our guests and their children by maintaining a safe and clean environment for children to play and have fun.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Constantly. Maintain work area neat and organized.
- Work directly with children of ages 3-12 years.
- Communicate with families, sign in & out of club.
- Ensure safety of children during kids club hours.
- Clean room or designated area as needed.
- Work directly with other counselors to create activities.
- May be required to perform additional departmental duties as assigned.
Education Requirements:.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Prior Experience working with children
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
- Ability to clearly communicate in English.
- Ability to multitask.
- Time management skills.
