General Job Requirements:
- Greets guests, processes check-ins and check-outs, issues room keys, answers questions, and resolves guest requests in safe and efficient compliance with policies and procedures and federal, state and local regulations. Make reservations for guests.
- Collect payments in compliance with cash handling, credit card processing and accounting policies and procedures.
- Consistent professional and positive attitude and actions when communicating with guests and associates.
- Both AM and PM availability are required. AM shift is 7AM-3PM, PM shift is 3PM-11PM. Night Audit 1-2 Shifts 11PM-7AM. Includes Weekends.
Education Requirements:
- High school education or related experience.
- Hilton Hotel Front Desk experience preferred but not required.
